Hands down I would have to go with Assassin's Creed 4 well over 3 but I am a stickler for playing things in order and if you have played all of the others you might want to play 3 just so your not confused when your not in the animus

AC4 for me. That beautiful song at the end and knowing that Edward will get killed in London eventually almost made me cry and that doesn't happen alot.
