do i get aburame techniques automatically or do i need a sensei for this? if so, who teaches them?

All the special skills are treated the same: if there's a sensei/sempai who can teach it, you need to learn it. If there's none you get them by default.

If there's anyone for Aburame clan techniques you have to speak to them in order to train in them when you create the bio, and if there isn't (which I'm sure there is) you create the bio and when it's approved the related clan related techniques are all inherited by the bio by default

Correction, you're not born with the bugs, but the baby is offered as a symbiotic hive to the bugs after birth; and on topic that's how RP works in Narutobase, things has to be taught and learnt !!!

Maybe so, there's no point in proving that because the RP system rules in NB dictates that you have to be trained in the technique to use them period.
