aburame clan vs konoha

i was singing shino's praises earlier today and it got me thinking. if the aburame clan planned a takeover would the leaf village be able to stop them? i havent seen many weaknesses to their jutsu so would a well planned sneak attack work?

im not arguing with you but how? what counters the aburame jutsu? i mean they could swarm the whole village with bugs and not even have to come out of hiding
