Can somebody explain me what does Yin or Yang chakra does ?
I heard it's related with the black things you get by getting the Rinnegan, Izanagi, Naruto's jesus technic, and the Mizukage's mirage jutsu.

Truth seeking balls and Onmyoudon are two very different things.

The first one can be obtained with the senjutsu of the six path and is likely a combination of the five nature transformations. It have the power to turn to dust all (except senjutsu based techniques)

Onmyoudon is based on ying-yang release and is obtained when the juubi is perfectly controlled. It can empower all kind of jutsus (including the balls) and the body of the user itself and turns all ninjutsu to nothing. It also doesn't work in senjutsu based things.

Chakra is normally a equal balance of physical energy and spiritual energy, yin release and yang release however seems to be where chakra is altered to create an unequal balance so yin chakra has more spiritual energy than physical energy and yang chakra has more physical energy than spiritual energy.

Yin-yang release is likely similar to an advanced element created when yin release and yang release are combined.

Yin-chakra is chakra which obtained the characteristics of Yō(Yang), in the manga it's called Yōton. Yōton is vitalizing. There are different applications for Yōton though, but Hagromo Ōtsutsuki has used Yōton to breath life into the nine parts of Jūbi. Narutos seal on his right hand has also a connection to Yōton.
Yang-chakra obtained the characteristics of In(Yang). In the manga it's called Inton. Inton is used for genjutsu, it governs the power of imagination. Sasukes seal has also a connection to Inton.

Then, there is Inyōton, the Yin-Yang release. By combining both powers a new chakra-element will be created. Gudōdama, Banbutsu Sōzō and Izanagi base on that Seishitsuhenka. Madara Uchiha said that he has created Shiro Zetsu due to Inyōton too.
