Hello guys, I would like to explan what the title states.
Basically For what databook stats were made are:
1) Base stats of shinobi(no chakra enhacements, NO KG(only passive atributtes), no doujutsu etc. )
2) They did NOT show which character is STRONGER. INSTEAD they SHOWED how WELL ROUNDED SHINOBI IS.
Why Kishi rejected idea of using databook stats is simple:
1) People used databook stats as stats for character with all upgrades/boosts
2) People used databook stats to prove which character is stronger.
3) He himself introduced so many characters in War arc that it would be hard to fill all these databook stats diagrams, also it would give even more plot holes in compare to manga scans.
All the above is wrong, because if we take for example Gai, who would have godly strength, speed and taijutsu then he could kill ALL WELL ROUNDED SHINOBI, even although his other stats would be weaker.
Nowadays and even before MOST characters have A LOT OF UPGRADES/ POWER BOOST via stronger chakra, doujutsu, sage mode etc. which make their field of expertise wronly presented by number in databook's stats certain category.
Anyway I really miss that, as it would show us how much characters in Base have improved. For example how much Hinata improved and if she is close or far behind Part 2 Neji.
Thanks for reading !
EDIT: The only UNCHANGED stats which will always be the same no matter mode, Doujutsu, power up etc. would be:
Intelligence, handseals and maybe stamina....
Nin, Tai, Gen, Speed, Strength are all dependant from chakra boost/skill boost, so it changes from base stats and often alots.
