So obito is going to enter kaguya's dimension but I think he won't find sasuke because kaguya doesn't only teleport to one dimention (the desert ,the frozen one,and the lava) ,given that obito now has limited time to be a life it's only a matter of time before he entrust his eyes to Sakura or naruto ,(kakashi won't be able to handle two eyes and he has just retrieved his normal eyes ,for Sakura the forehead seal may enable her to obtain the two eyes ) ,I think that's why obito intended to take her with him (since she is A medical ninja )and naruto ,even kakashi and naruto were surprised when obito said that the chakra of naruto's clone isn't enough

Kaguya didn't go to sasuke,the note as it remember is about the scene in front of them (probably talking about obito ,Sakura,and naruto's clone)
