i wanna try using Malicious Software Removal Tool
i wanna ask you guys about this Malicious Software Removal Tool
i have avg internet security
which one is better
is it okay use them both?

I would not use them both, one usually detects the other antivirus as malicious software, just stick to one

I think they're both alright, but try using Malwarebytes.

You should only have ONE anti-virus or else they conflict. You typically only want one firewall as well.

However I have 3 spyware detectors but only one of them are running active, the rest I do on demand.

If you can't trust your anti-virus to protect you get a new one. I suggest Bit Defender, it is what I use and it is a major competitor for Kaspersky. It also has a full protection suite:

Try using the Linux OS. No anti-virus needed.
