[Discussion] About Uchia Clan

We've seen that some of the strongest characters in Naruto belong to the Uchia Clan.But i was wondering, why are they all MEN , why isn't a single WOMAN part of any Naruto battle or something important...
It would have been cool to see a female that has an important role in Naruto, like Sakura for example :|

P.S : I'm not a woman, just thought Uchia Clan needed some Female fighters

I see your point. Even sakura(main character) barely has an important role besides healing and morale support.

And only Men are destined to activate the Sharingan.
