What do you expect? This is a tournament for those who think they are huge namers. And it's only logical to assume that they look restarted and filthy since they don't give a shit about their appearence and just wanna win.

I have lol and I know but I think that guy with the legs takes the cake.....like it just looks wrong in a bad way

Hahaha!! Its because Oda is running outta ideas of good looking characters. THink about it, his created over thousands of characters appearances since his began this manga in 1990's.
