If Tobirama had touched that Susanoo he would have marked it, used a Shadow Clone, Warp it away with the clone and then Kill Madara while he was falling from the sky low difficulty.

Madara wouldn't get hurt from heights while in a Perfect Susanoo. Don't even think that's enough to put a crack in the susanoo
