what i think is that the white fang was the third coffin oro used edo tense to bting back during his fight with the third and the third some how interupted and sealed it. just a wide guess....!

Naah that wouldnt make sense because no one knew who the white fang was..the anime was just beginning at that time. it was for sure minato it just makes the most sense because he summoned all the kage. And the coffin failed because oro tried to bring him back while he was in the Demons belly.. but yeah who knows..maybe it was going to be the white fang:ice:
