Yup, her character could of had alot more development especially in part 1 but i've always liked her. The time she can get annoying is when sasuke's around otherwise shes probably in my top 10 fav characters,

She had her moments in part 1. Very far from perfect but still. Take sasuke out of the equation and her character is much better.
