I just thought, the alliance are on their way to kick tobi's ass but what if tobi is defeated before they turn up and they see the juubi and most of them get killed or what if tobi's still around and they help naruto and co fight tobi then all of the sudden madara uchiha turns up and they tremble in fear when naruto tells them that it's madara uchiha and he now has hashiramas powers and rinnegan i wonder what the alliance will do oh and before i forget if madara turns up on naruto's battlefield will the kages follow as well or will they go somewhere else.

A lot of ninja's would die. Really though, what is it about ninja sucking at fighting as a team in this series? If it's 1 on 1, we see some straight up GENIN level ninja do some pretty awesome stuff. But if you have, say, twelve Chunin level ninja's they don't do crap else except throw Kunai and die instantly, no skill.
