About the Mangekyou Sharingan

I believe that for one to awaken mangekyou sharingan, he must both feel the loss of dear ones and as well have powerful chakra,good control of it and have good eye control .I was wondering why Madara Uchiha was the first one to awaken the mangekyou sharingan since in his time, there was a war between the Uchiha and Senju.People were dying everywhere.Many should have activated the mangekyou but only Madara and his brother Izuna had it.And we know that Madara has powerful chakra and good control of it since he was able to control kyubi, awaken the rinnegan, get a perfect Susanoo. Other Uchihas are Shisui and Itachi who were very good at genjutsu and they both awakened the eye.Obito also activated it and it was later revealed that he can control the senju power unlike danzo, the gedo mazo and the juubi. Kakashi was also good at the eye because he can use kamui perfectly:it is as good as Obito's one,who is a true Uchiha.We all know that Sasuke is a powerful shinobi and also has strong chakra .Please give me your view on this.
