[Suggestion] About teh RP section and VS section.

The VS section posts don't appear in the "Today's Topics" listing. You can find them through "New Posts," but it's uncommon for them to reach there often for the obvious reason that few notice the threads to begin with. RP section should go from it though. They've wronged us all.

Not all new threads in subsections show there. Another example is chatterbox threads and it has to do with the fact that too many threads were made that "clouded" the new thread stream. Mostly with spam or threads with the same title/purpose.
