[Question] About Sword Art Online II, is Kirito's Avatar a Girl or has Feminine characteristics?

I haven't had a chance of reading the light novel of the phantom bullet yet,
so is Kirito's new avatar a Girl??
or has Feminine characteristics??
I read online that the avatar is Male with "Highly Feminine" Characteristics,
but after watching the Opening of the new season, I am not too sure about it,
Anyone that has read the light novel that can show me the light?? xD
