he is clearly able to move on his own even though we saw that everyone else under the effect of IT was paralyzed and unable to move....

maybe he still has sth up his sleeve..idk

what`s your reasoning for him not being controlled by IT and divine tree??

how is he free to go? is it because he is already a zetsu to begin with and the tree doesnt have to turn him into a zetsu anymore??

or is there sth else??

He's not moving on his own. What the scan is showing is his limp body falling to the ground because his body was no longer supported by Zetsu

.. What happened here is zetsu removed himself from yamato , and then he got pulled up and wrapped like everyone else. IT doesn't work on dead people , this means Yamato is still alive , and trapped in the genjutsu.
