Goes back to my answer to the question asked... Sasuke stated that he was becoming adept at the powers of the Rinnegan. Plus that was the jutsu that they used to seal Kaguya I do believe. Also I don't neccesarily think we know enough about the true power off the rinnegan to say once you obtain the power that you automatically know all the jutsu. Hypothetically though that might be the case.
