I think it was just the feeling of his kid talking about him. Notice in the page before Salad(a) was comparing herself to Bolt in how they're dads aren't really around and they seek attention from them. The next panel we see Sasuke off somewhere (not with his kid). He probably wonders off a lot. It could've even been a flashback she was having of a time she once followed him into a forest.
