About sasuke...

Why is his right eye just a plain old sharingan? Wouldn't it be better to have ems activated in one eye and rinnegan in the other?

Madara used susanoo without having one eye.So i believe sasuke need not activate his ems to use ems power.Sasuke used ems technique PS without activating ems

once youve unlocked it (susanoo) you can use it without ems.
