About Sasuke [SPOILER incase]

I was wondering how come Sasuke never used the black rod like Madara, Obito and Nagato? I mean the one that used the black rod is Naruto, but isn't the Black rod a rinnengan move and not a Juubi move or RSM?

Can Sasuke use all the Rinnengan techniques that Madara and Nagato can use? I mean Nagato and Madara are Rinnengan techniques while Sasuke are rinnengan techniques.

I know Nagato eyes are Madaras eye, so Madara should be able to do all of Nagatos Rinnengan since Nagato eyes are Madara, while Sasuke eyes are different than Madara.

Well for one Sasuke, hasn't used every Rinnegan tech available to him yet. To busy spamming Susanoo and enton. Oh whale.

The rods come from the Mazo. (Kaguya.)
Obito, Madara, and Nagato all synced with the Mazo and that gave them the ability to use those rods. They are used as a means to connect other's to the user's chakra.

Sasuke doesn't need rods seeing how he connect others via genjutsu and I doubt Hagoromo had the rods as well seeing how he can just share his chakra and connect to others

Because Sasuke is not a carbon copy of the other 3. He has some different abilities, it would be pretty boring if he had the same as them. Yes I mean technically he i supposed to have the 6 Paths Technique but not sure if Kishi will expand into those abilities of his. Sasuke is just a different case I guess. Clearly different.

Sasuke can probably use all Rinnegan techs ever shown except the Madara exclusive Limbo. I do have my doubts on the black rods though, maybe they can only be used with Gedo Mezo, and since Sasuke didn't properly sync with it, it's yet to be an absolute idea, since those black rods are Gedo related. However, Sasuke can use all Six Paths techniques, no question.

Sasuke can only use rinnegan techs he has seen.. Like: chakra absorbing(madara)
chibaku tensei(madara)

and I seriously doubt Naruto is gonna tell him about the others
