About Sasuke sending letters to his family.

Why do you assume he never sent any letters?

That was my initial reaction, but when I thought about it, the obvious scenario is that he did send letters at some point. Before chapter 2, we thought Sasuke cut all contact with the village, then when Naruto recognized Sasuke's hawk, we found out that he is indeed in contact with Konoha.

Sakura could very well also be receiving letters via the same hawk every now and then. There is no contradiction, as a matter of fact, some people say Sarada recognized Sasuke's hawk, (I don't think she even saw it and it was just paneling), but it's completely normal if she recognizes it since Sasuke may be sending them letters as well.

Sakura obviously knows what's going on with Sasuke, just like Naruto, so she is in contact with him one way or another. It's probably the letters. Unless she leaves the village to meet him. We will find out soon enough.

Sarada doesn't know how he looks like, he is obviously neglecting her, but my point is Sakura knows his situation, so he probably sent something.

Sakura atleast knows some stuff. She did say Sasuke was on an important mission in chapter 1.

I don't imagine she would be keeping them from Sarada, unless they contain mission details or other mature stuff, but regardless they would be just an exchange of "current events" probably. He is still neglecting them, I'm just saying he is probably in contact with Sakura just as much if not more than Naruto via Hawk, which is still way less than they deserve.

And remember Sarada is like 10-12, so she just recently became mature enough to comprehend what's going on. Sakura sharing any letters with Sarada when she was so young wouldn't matter much, maybe she did but they didn't contain anything significant enough for Sarada to remember as a distinct memory.

No the fanfic you are spouting was never shown. So it never happen. Its not the same as Bolt being the baby of Hinata. Nobody needs to see that part.

Eating and sleeping is part of human nature. If we know that these characters are like humans. Why is there a need to show them eating or sleeping? Once again your argument lacks logic. Not suprised though since your hellbent on saving face of this pairing.

I see your habit of holding double standards still exists, if this was a thread about Boruto's family life you would be all over it spouting "fanfics" left and right. :lol

Of course what I am saying in the OP was never shown, but it was also never proven false either. So until we know it never happened, saying "he never sent letters" doesn't hold more value than saying "he could have sent something", I am discussing a possibility and provided a logical explanation.

Maybe he has. But it would make things worse imo. Sakura is struggling to pay off her mortgage loan and passed out due to stress. They have no photos together as a family, if they did she wouldn't photo shop herself over the other girl. She speaks vaguely of him and gets angry and defensive when challenged about the extent of their relationship. All that points to lack of a relationship in the first place. These are two characters who have tried to kill one another. So 99% of the fandom never expected a happy love life.

How anyone can still ship SS is beyond me.
