Only picture of Sasuke that Sakura has and since Sakura is actually fond of at least one member of team Taka she didn't want to just tear Sasuke out of it and throw the rest away. Sarada was put over Juugo and Suigetsu's portion as well.

Maybe Shizune wasn't allowed to speak about Sasuke's mission, even just to say "Sasuke was on a mission; your mom followed him and had to give birth to you outside of the village."

Shizune is telling Sarada that what she is saying is stupid yet when says "okay then give me details" Shizune can't say anything because Sakura left the village fine and came back with a kid.
