His words his coincide with the Hyuuga's claim which is far more than what was said about any other clan at the time.



Actually people did know of MS, especially the higher ups like Hiruzen, Danzo and most likely the elders too and other villages higher ups/kage. Most likely includes some of the elite shinobi. You don't really need MS to know about it. It could simply be in top secret files or Hiruzen could've been told about the uchiha's power when he was being trained my Tobirama/Hashirama and leaked that information to those he trusted.

Kakahsi knew of MS, That much is clear from his reaction upon itachi stating he will show him the reason why the uchiha were so feared. When he showed up he didn't immediately panic and tell them to close their eyes when 3tomoe was active, it was only when his MS activated.



They train in elements though, I think the 4th databook showed that neji has like 3.

Anyway, Yes it makes sense for the main branch to focus more on their gentle fist due to them having access to the clans more powerful techniques but the branch family due to restrictions can make up for it with elements and such.

Unlike Oro, Hyuuga can see around them and will know all locations of these shuriken at all times and they due to their byakugans vision that can most likely see the threads attached to them aswell. Plus from that scan i would hardly say them wires restrict movement enough to cause problems since it's only 1 string per weapon thrown, so unless they're like tenten and can suummon a shit ton all with threads attached and throw them at once, Maneuvering around them shouldn't be a massive problem

Kakashi never made a claim about Hyuga being the strongest. Only the Hyuga's did. Which again I doubt because Sarutobi, Aburame clan etc etc can give then a hard fight. The thing about the claim is that it can't be proven true or false.

True I forgot about Danzo having MS in the eye he stole and Hiruzen learning with Tobirama. But I doubt he leaked that information since he kept everything he learned a secret even when researching Madara's body.

Regarding that Itachi used his MS as a 3 tomoe on Kakashi. Kakashi panicked when Itachi said he'll show Kakashi the true power of Sharingan.
He also said he had to be on his toes because Itachi was a true Sharingan successor. Then shortly after Itachi told him of MS.

I didn't take that out of the possibility it's just all Hyuga's do is rely on their clans techniques not elemental techniques.

That technique also stops movement's since it basically make a field of strings/wires. So unless they can break the wire quickly then it's trouble. Then the fact that if someone like Sasuke/Itachi with shuriken jutsu they can hit a Hyuga's blind spot. Since like Neji has shown he pours chakra into it and a Sharingan can see chakra.

As i said before, Kakashi said they were the greatest clan in konoha, What else would he be referring too if it wasn't their strength?.

Besides, There in no contradiction nor any other who has claimed to be the strongest clan, Or any databook entrys that question this so until proven otherwise the statement stands.

You can learn any element you wish, it just takes time a training to learn elements outside of your natural chakra affinity.

Raikage and his guards knew of MS because of Itachi that's why C knew of Amaterasu.

Not really because Kakashi doesn't have all elements or Yin and yang and Sakura water earth and yin/yang. And there is far more. It's not elements they know but have potential to learn. Kakashi only know suiton ration and doton.

I never said you can't learn an affinity though.

Not talking about complete immobilization talking about to restrict places where they can run like that technique does(somewhat)
