About Naruto's chakra

why is it that naruto is unable to throw rasenshuriken
with his normal chakra??

I know he can throw it with Sage chakra and Nine tailed chakra.

Just what difference are there between these chakra??
(I already know Sennin chakra is from nature so don't repeat it)

And why is it that naruto doesn't throw rasengan in Sennin mode??
He only throws Rasenshuriken...

i think rasengan cant be thrown

Well good questions... i think he can't throw it either because his chakra is not strong enough to maintain the shape of the rasenshuriken (the rotation speed of the chakra is beyond any level) or it would require him too much chakra to do so.
And about throwing the rasengan... i guess it wouldn't be so effective, if you throw it you only get force on impact, if you "punch" them with it you get the force applied for a longer period of time.
