[Suggestion] About Narutobase...

It's obvious that Narutobase is very proud of its members... But without being able to delete your account if you wish, is this really accurate? People sometimes want to start over and make a new account, and if Narutobase finds out, they call it a troll alt... So, in my opinion, I think we should have this option. Does anybody agree?

I think this would be a good idea, but it would become a problem if people have their accounts hacked. They would end up losing their entire account.

Maybe there should be a recovery option as well, so that deleted members can open their account again if they want to in the future (and to help anyone who's account has been deleted by a hacker).

Deleting accounts screws up the database. So it's a 'no-no'.

If it was an easy thing to implement I'm sure the admins would have added the feature a while ago. I'm sure there's a good reason why this feature isn't implemented as of yet. If people wish to start over, they can simply abandon their old account and stay on their new one. On that last note, people won't call your new account a troll alt if you, wait for it... don't troll on it. If you follow the rules then there should be no reason for a user to label you as that. So, I guess for me it's a I don't really mind if the feature is there or not.

vBulletin has a feature that allows its members to delete their profiles. This, however, is disabled by the Admins because it will screw up the database. With that being said, don't expect the Admins to give us this ability anytime soon, or ever.

It is possible, you're basically deleting an entry from a database. But as said earlier, it screws up the database quite a bit.

Alternative accounts: Every member is allowed to have multiple accounts, but please don't abuse this permission and overdo it. Remember that it is strictly forbidden to use an alt account while your main one or another account of yours is banned.

No one is calling any account a troll one unless it belongs to a troll. If you ever wanna start over you are free to make a new account and abandon the previous one. I don't know what the question is here, apart from why you haven't read the rules of the forum.
