I can't give you that information but there is no concrete evidence in the manga that says he lost it either, only those who hate Naruto or don't want him having it would agree with you.

I would like to see it as well maybe the cloaked guy will have the strength necessary that Naruto would need to use it, same for Sasuke in regards to him using his Tomoe'd Rinnegan or we'll never see either use their top forms and they'll simply stomp in base lol.

OP if u take the Last as evidence it does appear that Naruto lost RSM, but a lot of ppl want more evidence.

Lmao @ the ppl who brought up something as ridiculous as Sauce losing his rinnegan when Sauce left the village with it active and still had it in the Last.
