In ch. 572, I thought it was implied that that Naruto gained some of the Nibi-Nanabi chakra. I also thought there was a chapter that Gyuki gave one of his tentacles to Naruto. If this is the case, then even if Madara seals away the Bijuu, Naruto would still have some Bijuu chakra left+his zombie dad's Kyuubi chakra to help fight with him.
By the above statement, of the elements that we have been shown that the manga versions can do, it's arguable that maybe Naruto could do some techniques that use such elements:
Wind=Shukaku
Earth=Son Gokū
Fire=Son Gokū
