Apperenly she is dangerously low on chakra, sasuke was going for her head which is why she made sure to dodge it. Naruto was aiming for BZ which is extremely smart.

I was also impressed with the raw speed of naruto. That was insane

She wasn't totally out of chakra she changed dimensions and avoided sasuke's chidori from very close range , but In naruto's case she didn't even notice until her arm was gone
