I always thought that EMS is fusing two eyes into one, hence why the MS is two design into one. If its just transplant other eyes, then that be 1 design eye not 2. Just incase is there any databook or guide book that mentions what EMS is.

For Uchiha who are humans it is normal to awaken Sharingan, Mangekyou Sharingan and EMS. There is nothing weird of a Uchiha gaining EMS. A Uchiha has to get EMS to prevent blindness.
