Well Kakashi was able to copy 1000 jutsus with his Sharingan and even Rasengan,when Obito got DMS was he able to use Rasengan?
Nope,also those are basic jutsus and you need to learn how to use it properly...

Sort of disagree on, eyes transferring old users jutsu or skill related to the eye. Did anyone do that? Although madara does have those techniques, just featless with majority of them. Believe madara taught obito them lel

I see member says that Madara doesn't have access to all the 6 path jutsu like Nagato, but isn't Madara Rinnengan that enable nagato to use these jutsu:

Bansho tensei
Chibaku tensei
Shinra tensei
Preta path
Hell path
Robot parts
Rinne tensei
Shared vision

If Madara Rinnengan enable Nagato to get those jutsu thanks to Madara eyes then wouldn't Madara gains those jutsu also by having his eye?

When someone get a Uchiha MS they gain their MS, so don't see why Rinnengan will be different.

Because his six paths are different and it has been shown in the manga that Madara's six path abilities differ from nagato.

Deva Path: Chibaku Tensei and Tengai Shinsei (Universal Pull on Steroids)
Preta Path
Outer Path: Gedo Mazo and Chakra rods
Limbo Border Jail

The other paths he couldn't use due to the fact he only had One Rinnegan or had no reason to use for exapmle why wold he use Animal Path or Naraka Path. Asura Path he didn't use because he didn't have time to use it since he only had Dual Rinnegan for a short amount of time and Human Path is not really useful against top tiers and it would take too long and you would have to get too close to your opponent.

The Six Paths techniques of the Rinnegan do not differ, they are actually the same. For example Madara, Sasuke AND Nagato were all able to use Chibaku Tensei, and Obito was able to use Rinne Tensei.

All Rinnegan users are able to use these shared Rinnegan Six Paths Techniques; with varying results (depending on the user). However, each user would ALSO have an additional Rinnegan ability which would be unique to them: Madaras 'Limbo', Sasukes 'Teleportation/Swap/Dimension, and even to a smaller extent Nagatos use of the Chakra Chains of the Gedo Mazou.

chibakui tensei is an ability that goes beyond the rinnegan and is labelled as a six path power of all kinds in a sense.

Like Haruma for an example, he has the six path power/chkakra rom his mother like Hagoromoo and he's listed as a chibakui tensei user (a six path chibakui tensei user).

The databook described that power to be the ability to bind all creations.
Toneri manipulating the moon and controlling the meteors around it is that same power that is being used.

Madara's limbo, Sasuke's amenote, an obito's six yang sun flame formation are all rinnegan techniques.

Six path techniques itself is what comes into question on where exactly did it came from.
Look at how madara, obito, and sasuke's absorption technique differ from nagato's preta path. Shrina tensei was not available to any of hem and asura path wasn't able to replace sasuke's arm. I think the issue here is that we are misinterpreting what these justus mean. Like for an example, the six path of pain technique is a rinnegan technique created by nagato. Sasuke and Madara have no knowledge of this technique and certainly can't be used out of spite.
Now who says that all the other six path techniques nagato created are not different than Madara's or Sasuke's?

Also, nagato was never able to use chakra chains.
