? About Kakashi Copying 1000 Jutsus

So i have a question, can kakashi actually use the 1000 jutsus after he copies them or is it just like bragging rights that he's copied 1000 jutsu. I ask this because ive seen people on here say he can actually use them after he copied them but can he? Like i said ive always thought about that like him having experience by copying that many jutsu but not use them anytime he wants. So if you can clear this up that be nice ^.^

Maybe he only uses the strongest of the 1000 and forgets about the rest...

i believe Kakashi can actually use all of them, but many of them are probably like minor jutsus

I think he can use them all but prefers others or else it's to weak or chakra consuming.

Kakashi probably has copied over a Thousand Jutsu's. He is called the "Copying Ninja." It could be rumors because of his Sharingan. I don't think he could use them all in one battle. Maybe each of the four Elements, but not multiple Jutsu's.

he can use them all but he can't because he only needs the one suitable for the job,i mean if u had 1000 justu will you use all of them at once plus some may use more chakara

I think he can use them all, I remember him saying chidori was his only original tech.
Also I think they call him the copy ninja because of how fast he can copy the jutsu. (Example against Zabuza.)
