I was wondering how come Kabuto didn't change much from Part 1 to Part 2? all the teams in Kohono like Team 7 Sasuke, Naruto and Sakura grew up and got taller, while didn't grow or get taller. I mean isn't Kabuto similar age to Naruto?

Just genes probably? Not everyone is programmed to be tall. I have a nephew whose height is 1.65 cm. He's 15, but he grows taller by approximately 0.01 cm per year, lol.

He's apart of Itachi's generation. Just a year older than Itachi. So no, Kabuto shouldn't have gotten taller during the time-skip. Maybe he could've grown facial hair or something lol

i can tell u right away your face/body will not age as much when u get older in the early 20s; this is almost like a universal fact for most people

Kabuto is older than naruto. The age difference would be like shisui and itachi or a little more
