About Jiraya's death and Nagato's jutsu which Madara was betting on.

In the last chapter Madara clearly states that Nagato's power to bring back the dead must have been saved for him.

When Nagato used it he said that only those that died recently can be brought back...

If that's so then when did Madara rly die ? Or if Madara was long dead and he wanted the jutsu for him does this mean that Jiraya was brought back to life since that chit-chat with Nagato and he is hiding ?

Or is this just a Big Hole in the Plot.

i tough he said he could bring those who died recently because he was already low on chakra.

he said so because 1 of these reasons...

1) he already had low chakra

2) he still didn't completely develop it

Ok, thank you for clearing this up for me.

But still it's kinda sad, Orochimaru is back in the plot; and Jiraya died to never hear from him again.

Call me crazy buy I think Jiraya was revived by Pain and is down there or out somewhere hidin. Or finishing his final book, low key watchin Naruto. Or chillin with the Old Frog viewing from the background. Call me crazy tho. Haha Ill except that.
