is he really died? or he still alive. cos before nageto die, he use jutsu called"flower of hope"to ressurect people from the death.is it reach jiraiya?
if it did , he will be alive.

We dont know the exact measure to the justu, it takes one's life away. for people being recently killed is irrelovent because we dont know anything about the jutsu he used, other than the core fact that i can bring people back from the dead. I dont think jiraiya got revived, but very well could have been
