I keep seeing that Itachi has Perfect Susano, but where is the proof? Itachi had the chance to pull Perfect Susano alive or as his Edo tensei self, yet Itachi never performed it.

I understand Itachi not pulling of Perfect Susano alive since Itachi was sick, but as a Edo Tensei he has no illness and unlimited chakra reserve.

Yes it was already a perfect (full developed) Susanoo you can see that by the armor and the way Sasuke´s transformed in comparison
it was just not so advanced like the one of Sasuke with Wings (since Sasuke had a Rinnegan)
