As some of you guys know, I just got back from one of the most hectic flights of all time and while I was busy carrying my heavy luggage, I noticed something. The immigration officers from both arrival and departure zone, they never smile! It seems like they always have a huge stick shoved up their asses or something. Isn't an immigration officer's job not only to maintain the safety of the passengers but also to make them feel at ease? O_O
