I know you mean well, but after checking, I think I was wrong. On chapter 536, the one I was referring to, Bee initially fired his TBB in his full form and then reverts to V2 to push the TBB through the barrier. So I guess I have no actual proof that he can do it.

But I do believe he can. If an inexperienced Naruto could, I believe an experiences Bee should be able to so the same, just on a less powerful scale
