About EMS.

This really confused me. Say if there were 3 uchiha brothers named Bob, Jim and Jack. Say if all of them awakened there MS. Jim took Jacks MS eyes and obtained EMS. Then Bob took Jim's Eyes EMS, what would he get. EMS with lots of powers, rinnegan possibly?

What do u guys think.
