At this point in time were Kabuto has not perfected EDo....Kabuto said an almost Dead Sacrifice is no good and took the little boy and girls grandfather back..does that mean if the Living person that is used to summon a soul back to the plane of living is about to die or is sick or injured does that mean the EDO will be that way...?

What Kabuto ment is that the Grandfather seeing as how he was an average gaured would not make a very good edo, seeing as how he has low battle potential and at that age probably weak as well.
