about editing avatar

Heyy guys, as u can see my current Zoro avatar is blurry, I want to make it HQ, I have a pic which is 627 x 1080, but if I upload it it becomes blurry.

How can I make the picture small with high quality??

There is a GFX forum where you can place a request and a member who uses photoshop or GIMP or other editing software will do it for you.

Your avatar as a normal member can be 150w X 200h or as a premium member it can be 150w x 300h
