so , as we all know , when we first saw Dragon , he asked someone who was that and the guy said the name of Monkey D. Luffy , Dragon did 1 + 1 and he concluded that he was his son , from that point on , he watched his son from afar , we can assume that the one that create the Storm was dragon just to protect the marines and the admirals to reach luffy , right ?therefore , if we conclude that , that means that his devil fruit power is WIND

now , let me tell u how would he know where is his son , he could have an advance version of observation haki that can rides in his wind which will tell him the position of his son and whenever he is in danger... what do you guys think?

No DF or Weapon. I believe Sanji, Cp9 and Vergo can jump on air. Dragon was a CP0 in my opinion so Rokushiki techniques are a given. He is probably using his own version of Geppou.
