I can't find the answer to this: If I make a CJ (lets say C rank, water element) and have no water training, can I use the jutsu, or do I need to have water training first?

No, I don't have a bio (yet). I'm just re-reading the rules (again) >.>

Yes, you have to have basic water training appropriate to your rank before you make a CJ, and that CJ should again meet your rank restriction.

Obviously you can't use it. How are you going to use a jutsu from an element which you haven't even learned yet? This applies both to custom as canon jutsu's.
