I was wondering when a Uchiha has kids, the kids can unlock sharingan, when a Hyuga has kids, their kids can unlock Byakugan, When Kimimaro clan has kids, their kids has bone jutsu etc. I was wondering since Sasuke has Rinnengan and Sharingan, how come Sarada only has Sharingan? I mean what is stopping Sarada from having Rinnengan?

How come Hagoromo and the other Ootsutsuki has Rinnengan, but yet Hagoromo kid doesn't have Rinnengan.

As for Naruto since he was born, he became a Jinchuuriki with Kurama, mixing chakra with Kurama, Naruto and Kurama are physically together there no seal keeping them apart. How come Boruto doesn't have Kurama chakra mode?

1. Could be that Rinnegan is a mutation.

2. Kurama's Chakra Mode is access through poessing the Kyuubi's chakra, not its influence.

Rinnegan is rare among Ootosuki and uchiha's, so not everybody going to get it.

Boruto simply didn't inherit his fathers chakras.

The answer both of your question: its too early to assume anything.

1) she just unlocked 1 tomoe sharingan. Call down. There is no proof that she can OR cannot inherit the rinnegan. She CAN however unlock the rinnegan by doing the same procedure as madara did.

2) whisker mate. They got whiskers. Meaning there may be some kurama chakra within them. Boruto might not know how to use it yet or simply isnt aware of it. Or maybe he just doesnt want to rely on kurama's chakra.

Imagine part 1 naruto. There were risks of using it when not careful of it.
