I always thought kurama was the greatest but it appears that he isn't mountain sized or anything but much smaller.

Gamabunta's size is comparable to the kyuubi.
Shukaku's size is equal to gamabunta which means that kyuubi at full power will be the same size as gamabunta which is plausible from these pics.

This means that Bijuu mode naruto which is as large as the bijuus is the full size of the kyuubi.
It's bijuu dama isn't really weak because the missing yin part is filled by yang. Besides, taking into consideration of the bijuu dama's size, we can conclude that it is as great as the one of full kyuubi.
This could also mean that if naruto obtained the yin part, the bijuu mode will not be any larger.

Conclusion: Kyuubi is 146 m on his two feet as shukaku is around 90 m on all fours.
