Why didnt he do the reverse... kamui the Bijuu Bomb readied Naruto into the dimension instead. Then when the bijuu bomb land on Tobi, its instant ownage.

ok pointed noted. But Kakashi could have kamui a clean Naruto inside the dimension... once he is inside that dimension, he can create the bijuu bomb and standby to strike. That would be epic... instead... we see a tiny rasengan into the face zzzz.... plot no jutsu to reveal tobi identity.
