Abortion, in general, is a deep subject. I believe it's up to that person. If that person is in a serious relationship, then it is a two person thing and is tricky, but it's still one person's body, so it's their decision. Hard question. If they don't want the kid, I'd recommend adoption, but 9 months of labor and the toll it takes on the body is a big factor. If abortion is something he wants to do, I'd say do it. It's a tough question because it's not just deciding what toy to buy for example. It's deciding whether this thing/baby (Depending on your view) should be born or not. It's really hard to say.
