PS is not needed. killer B has this consistent urge to keep fighting sharingan users by looking at their eyes with the cockiness to believe the bijuu will free him all the time. which will be his inevitable downfall when itachi hits him with tsukuyomi. as for A, he'll dodge amaterasu since he knows about it and prepares to counter it. but he'll only get so far against two stage 3 susanoo's.
