I'm giving them the same amount of speed here. They're from different manga and neither have any background on their speed, so you have to compensate. Then you add the fact that Aang can fly, and that makes him just that much agile.

This is the reality of the manga. Fireball jutsu was destroying rocks as it passed. You can't shove the fact that an inferior fire style did this.

Hiruzen dosen't use fireball jutsu though. So unless you have proof that his fire techs can tear through earth you're talking out your ass. I already proved that not all fire techs incinerate and burn through the floor. So its impossible to assume that all fire techs carry that effect.

4 Tailed Naruto's strength was shown to be incredibly impressive. So that means that, in order for Kurama to be stronger (which he is), he has to have the same effect every time he makes a strike right?

Don't pull that crap. The first scan is a chakra roar/wave the second scan is not. Kurama's already done the same on a higher scale than 4t naruto:

Kishi leaves us with what the smaller scale can do, but doesn't show the same effect all the time. Kurama avatar certainly isn't weaker than 4 tailed Naruto. The absence of an effect being repeated/=/ something's weaker.

I never said it's weaker. Had u read it clearly says:

Absolutely no reason to believe that a higher-ranked jutsu wouldn't have more power.

it having more power dosen't the fact that it lacks the effects sasuke's and itachi's fire techs have. Unless you can prove it cab instead of assuming it can. My scans prove that it can't.

Aang is flat-out not capable of snuffing out flame casually via oxygen deprevation. Obviously he can't use such an ability in combat as he never used it against a fire bender.

that's 1 of 3. And roku did it so his feats carry over via avatar state.

Aang isn't the only one with multiple natures. Hiruzen can also use the ideal natures for his situations.

Hiruzen's fire style itself is 10 times more impressive then the Fire Lords.

Hiruzen easily takes this, as his CQC is far better than Aang, and Hiruzen can not only clone himself but also can create clones of enma with can act on their own.. Aang is far out numbered here.
