If a group/family of humans is larger than 200, it will be ok. No genetic problems. That's pretty much only with brothers and sisters, cousins is not a good idea, but not necessarily harmful.
The human genetic code is quit complex, and problems arise, when there are too many similarities. Like brother and sister. It's sounds disgusting, but father-daughter, or mother-son is already considered safe, but of course immoral, due culture.
The best is parents with great differences. So go interracial.
Btw, blonde people won't be here in around 600 years, and gingers are to be extinct as well .

in case of sasuke: his mother mikoto (?) wasnt a blood uchiha she just married an uchiha man and becomes an uchiha.

i hear in some place that it's ok if they are second cousins but anything more than that is illegal. not that i would do it.
the whole uchiha and hyuuga clan thing it's all strange because well the uchiha anyway we know that it comes from the six paths son just one man so there has to be incest in there somewhere. or there must have been somewhere along the lines they let other strong female ninja into the clan to stop the inbreeding.

i am from a clan and most of us marry someone from our clan but of coarse we never marry our sisters or brothers that just doesnt make sense the uchiha clan is big and if somehow there isnt anyone left they can wait until someone grow up or they marry someone outside
